Novvel AI is a company registered in Ghana, with its registered office in Accra. For the purposes of Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), Novvel AI is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

This policy covers the website only. Personal data processed within our deployed platforms is handled under separate agreements with the institutions that operate them, and those institutions are the data controllers for that information. Where you are a user of one of our platforms rather than a visitor to this website, the notice provided within that platform applies.

• Information you give us: When you contact us through a form on this site or by email, we collect your name, email address, organisation, the enquiry pathway you select, and anything else you choose to include in your message.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was submitted for and for a reasonable period afterwards, ordinarily up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, contractual or regulatory reasons.

Website analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form for up to 26 months. Information you have asked us to delete is removed except where we are required to retain it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
