About Us
Novvel AI is an AI product company and agency building and deploying production systems for government, agriculture, healthcare and enterprise.
Novvel AI was founded in 2021 and began with applied AI work in predictive healthcare and with solutions for logistics and retail. Over the following years the work moved from individual models toward complete systems, and from client projects toward a portfolio of platforms the company builds, owns and operates. That shift is what the current portfolio reflects: platforms in agriculture, national cybersecurity and healthcare that are in production, alongside a consulting practice that continues to serve enterprise clients across several industries. The company is headquartered in Accra and works with institutions regionally and internationally. The engineering standard is the same regardless of where a system is deployed, and the design commitments that run through the portfolio, offline capability, multilingual operation, data sovereignty and regulatory integration, are the ones that make software usable in conditions that much of the industry designs around rather than for.
How we build
Every platform is developed with formal architectural decision records, extensive automated test coverage, and conservative failure behaviour in systems where a quiet error is more dangerous than a loud stop. Long term maintenance is treated as part of the product rather than as an afterthought.
Two entities, one commitment
Novvel AI operates as a commercial AI product company and agency. The Novvel AI Foundation, its parallel social impact entity, works on inclusive and ethical applications of AI across healthcare, education, poverty alleviation, digital inclusion, cybersecurity awareness and women in technology, with programmes aligned to the United Nations.
